About the Founder
As the CEO and Founder of SkinTech Micro Labs, Cindy Martin has set a strong foundation for the company to thrive on. She has worked in the pharmaceutical sector for years and her experience in the skincare domain is equally extensive. In fact, Cindy flaunts multiple accolades to commemorate her contributions toward the sales and marketing departments of some very big physician-exclusive skincare organizations. This has enabled her to create top-of-the-line physician-approved skin care products that are rapidly being adopted by a variety of med spas, estheticians, dermatologists, and plastic surgeons.
Industry-redefining capabilities backed by rich experiences
As a sales marketing executive, Cindy has an impressive record of successful product launches, reinvigorated underperforming brands, and indulged herself in brand creation. Ultimately, owing to the increased productivity levels of her sales teams. Since the establishment of SkinTech Micro Labs in 2014, she has been building Beautiful Boutique Brands by specializing in unique skincare and custom label packaging for clients who wish to separate their brand from others. Certainly, her efforts have been mighty in magnitude and far-reaching across the dimensions of marketing strategy formulation as well as product and sales training.
Her life before SkinTech Micro Labs
Nonetheless, Cindy was making strides in the industry even before starting her own company. She was the Sales Vice President at Young Pharmaceuticals and spearheaded a team of 40 representatives working on micro-branded skincare lines for dermatologists and plastic surgeons. In fact, she’s a major reason why the company expanded from just 3 representatives to 40. In the years prior, Cindy was appointed as the Director of Sales and Marketing at Dermatologic Cosmetic Labs. There, she helped a multi-million-dollar physician successfully sell and market their exclusive skincare products. She has also been the territory Manager at Medicis Pharmaceuticals, a national trainer at Dermatologic Cosmetic Labs, a sales representative at Artec Shampoo, and an Account Executive at Princess Marchella Borghese.

Today, Cindy brings a treasure trove of opportunities to the table and empowers an in-house team of employers to seize them at will. She has tremendous selling skills along with extensive training in brand equity and differentiation, proper inventory control, and visual display. All of these shape the exclusivity of her experiences, whereby Cindy dedicates herself to the client’s success. Through a guided marketing strategy, she helps the client’s business lift off from the ground up. Her capabilities include advertising, authoring training manuals, and product brochures – all of which act as supportive buffers for company growth.

About Jim
Jim is the Founder & CEO of Identity Hospitality – Consulting Specializing in Spa and Wellness.
Jim has provided financial feasibility, design development, creative direction, and pre-opening consulting services to over 80 upscale and luxury resorts, casinos, hotels, and residential community spas worldwide in his 20-year consulting career.
Before his consulting career, Jim most recently served as ESPA International, Vice President of Operations, and overseeing 80+ Hotels.
Jim brings more than 25+ years of extensive hospitality experience in Spa and Wellness as Vice President of Operations and Executive Director of Spa and Recreation roles for leading hotel brands including The Grand Del Mar Resort, The Island Hotel, Pelican Hill Resort, Four Seasons Hotels, and Resorts, Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, The Balboa Bay Club and Resort and The Spa at South Coast Plaza. He leads the charge to many properties earning their Five-Star award and many other prestigious accolades as well.
Jim is an active speaker at various hospitality events, including the University of California, Irvine – Spa & Hospitality Program, Global Spa & Wellness Mentorship Program, and International Spa Association (ISPA), contributing best industry practices and tools for the spa industry. Jim is also one of The Spa Connection Founders, which provides event hosting, philanthropic efforts, and continued support to our industry.
Identity Hospitality spa consulting services range from feasibility studies through to pre-opening and daily operations. Before opening a spa, we can provide a spa needs analysis study, brand, and conceptual planning, and complete spa design consulting services. As a full-service spa consultant and operator, we also offer creative spa menu development, staff selection and training, retail product selection, systems development, and quality Standard Operating Procedures. Once the spa is ready to open, Identity Hospitality provides day-to-day spa management or operational consulting services.
