Cindy is a veteran in the Skin care industry.  She held an 11 year career at Young Pharmaceuticals as the Vice President of Sales. During her tenure she managed and trained a team of 40 sales representatives that specialized in the creation of micro branded skin care lines for dermatologists and plastic surgeons. She trained her team in product knowledge, the development of brand equity and differentiation, and choosing  the appropriate products for each specific practice.

Cindy held the position of Director of Sales and Marketing at Dermatologic Cosmetic Labs. While there, she managed all aspects of sales and marketing for a multi-million dollar physician exclusive skin care product line. She also developed and trained a team of in house sales representatives and created product training manuals. Cindy managed both marketing and advertising and successfully created the Platinum Series, an all-inclusive kit of cutting edge products.
